In view of the forthcoming celebration of the 76th Republic Day, a coordination meeting was held at DC's Conference Hall, Phek on 16th January 2025, chaired by ADC Phek, Ruopfukuotuo Noudi, NCS.

Heads of district offices attended the meeting, where various kinds of works were allocated to respective departments for onward preparation for the Republic day celebration to be held at Phek on 26th January 2025.
