The second session of the 76^th Republic Day was held with Commissioner, Nagaland, Anden Konyak as the special guest on 26^th January 2025 at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza, Kohima.

During the programme, a football exhibition match was played between Aztecs and Zhadima Youth at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat ground, with the Aztecs emerging as the winner, beating Zhadima Youth by 7-6 through penalty shoot.

The Arunachal Pradesh Police won the Best Parade contingent, followed by 10^th NAP (IR) Battalion and Home Guards, Civil Defence & SDRF and 78 CRPF as 2^nd and 3^rd respectively in the Uniformed category and in the Non-Uniformed Contingents category, NCC (Girls) bagged the 1^st position while NCC (Boys) and Bharat Scouts & Guides won 2^nd and 3^rd positions respectively.

In the Exhibition Stalls category, the 1st prize was bagged by Agriculture Department, and the Honey Mission and Horticulture Department won the 2^nd and 3^rd positions respectively.

The day's programme ended with band display by 13 Assam Rifles Pipe Band and Nagaland Police Brass Band, PTS followed by Beating of Retreat by Nagaland Police Brass Band, PTS.
