A farewell programme was held in honour of outgoing ADC Aghunato D. Robin, NCS on 17th April 2025 at Dobashi’s Court, Aghunato.
The programme was attended by staffs, heads of offices, councillors, GB Union, church leaders, representatives of civil society organisations and well-wishers. The outgoing ADC in his valedictory speech expressed gratitude to all the attendees for rendering their full support and cooperation during his brief posting in the sub-division.
He especially thanked the staffs and Dobashis for undertaking all assigned duties with sincerity and professionalism. Further, he lauded the GB Union and councillors for extending all possible assistance to the Office of the ADC Aghunato. Reiterating that Aghunato sub-division has a lot to offer in terms of organic farming and tourism, he encouraged all stakeholders to continue providing their cooperation to the new ADC as well.
The programme was chaired by Tokhei, LDA while invocation was pronounced by Shihuli, Accountant. Short speeches were delivered by Head Dobashi, representative of Aghunato Town Council and President, GB Union. The programme which included a special prayer for outgoing officer by Inakali Tuccu, Associate Pastor (Women), Aghunato Town Baptist Church, and concluded with vote of thanks by Kathyinla, EAC.
