In connection with the launching of "Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan" campaign from 29^th May to 12^th June 2025, at Mokokchung District, a meeting was held on 26^th May 2025 at DC's Conference Room, Mokokchung chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chumlamo Humtsoe.

Dr. Keviletsu Khate, Senior Scientist & Head KVK Yisemyong, Mokokchung highlighted that the major objective of the programme is to create awareness among farmers about modern agriculture practices of major kharif crops, disseminating information about various government schemes and policies, promoting use of Soil Health Cards, and gathering the feedback from farmers to align future research and innovation matching to ground-level needs.                                                                         

 During the meeting ADC, Chumlamo Humtsoe encouraged all the concerned departments to coordinate and co-operate, to ensure the success of the campaign in the district.
