A consultative meeting pertaining to water supply at Phek Town was held in the Office Chamber of DC Phek on 24th July 2025.
Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner, Phek, Rhosietho Ngouri, NCS has shared his optimistic views of possible chances for sufficient water supply in Phek Town with an anticipation of full cooperation from the concerned citizens.
Attendees at the meeting which includes, Chairperson of Phek Town Council, Phek Town Head GB, Head DB Phek, President of Phek Town Public Forum, Executive Engineer of PHED, Phek shared each of their views and suggestions so as to bring sufficient water supply in future at Phek town.
The meeting decided that Phek Town Public Forum with concerned department PHED official team will visit Laka lake/river after 15th August 2025 to see possibility to enhance the water supply at Phek.
