The Wokha District Administration convened a coordination meeting at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall on 11th September 2025 to discuss the integration of departmental schemes and services into the upcoming AI-powered Virtual Assistant (Chatbot) system. The initiative aims to promote e-Governance and provide citizens with seamless access to government schemes and services through digital platforms.

The meeting brought together representatives from various key departments. Officials deliberated on the inclusion of department-specific services and mandates to ensure comprehensive coverage and citizen-friendly access.

The chatbot system is expected to enhance transparency, efficiency, and real-time information delivery across the district.
