In view of the upcoming festive season a mass social work was conducted at Medzipema Sub-division along with the rest of the state on 12th November 2025. The mass social work commenced from 6:30 am onwards.
The following points were taken care of during the mass social work - All building materials stacked on the road side were removed, Latrines, pig stays discharging their waste on the roadside were removed and demolished. The villages on the highway cleared all vegetation blocking roads along highways. Dividers along the Dimapur-Kohima were also cleaned.
All Government Offices, Institutions, Administration, Councilors, Village Councils, GB's, Councilors, General Public, actively participated in this mass social work cleaning public spaces, Roads and Highways. A Team comprising Officers like EAC Medziphema, Principal IETC and Director Sameti Medzipema was also formed to oversee the event.
