In view of the forthcoming Republic Day celebration 2026, a mass social work was successfully conducted in Medziphema sub-division on 23rd January 2026. The mass social work commenced at 6:00 AM onwards under the supervision of the Medziphema Administration.
All government Officers, Institutions, village councils, business establishments, town councillors and the general public extended full cooperation by carrying out cleanliness drives in their respective office premises, localities, surrounding areas, markets and residential areas. Special emphasis was given to the collection, segregation and proper disposal of debris and waste materials; the mass social work was a great success with active participation from all.
