The 77th Republic Day was celebrated at Tizit, Mon with Additional Deputy Commissioner, Tizit, Relise Sangtam, who unfurled the National Flag and delivered the Republic Day speech at ADC's Office Complex, Tizit, Mon on 26th January 2026.
Highlights of the programme included Rashtriya Salute by 6th NAP, Tizit, National Anthem by Holy Trinity School, Tizit and sweet distribution by CDPO, Tizit. The day was also marked by hoisting of National in all Government Offices, Educational and Private Institutions.
