The 77th Republic Day was celebrated at SDO Civil office Complex, Changtongya, Mokokchung on 26th January 2026.
The celebration began with the unfurling of the national flag by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Changtongya, Nukshimatong who also took the Rashtriya salute from the police Personnel from police station, Changtongya. The programme concluded with the Republic speech by the SDO civil.
