The Deputy Commissioner of Tseminyu, Japheth Woch has informed to all concerned that Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment Government of India in collaboration with District Administration Tseminyu, Health & Family Welfare Department and Social Welfare Department will be conducting Assessment Camp under the Assistance to the persons with Disability and the Rastriya Vayoshree Yojana for the needy Divyangjan and Senior citizens (age 60 above) as per the schedule given.
On 9th February 2026 at PHC, Chunlikha, from 10:00 AM, for the village of Kithagha, Chunlikha, Tsonsa, K.Station, Kandinu, Yikhanu, Ehunnu and Gukhanyu. On 10th February 2026, at PHC Tesophenyu, from 10:00 AM for the village of Tesophenyu, Sewanu, Ziphenyu and Tesophenyu New. On 11th February 2026 at CHC Tseminyu, from 10:00 AM for the village of Tseminyu, Zisunyu, Phenda, Ngvuphen, South Village, Phenwhenyu, Guju, Kashanyu, Kashanyishin, Terogvunyu, Henbenji, Khonibinzun, Phenshunyu, Khenyu, Tsonzunphen and Phentejon. On 12th February 2026 at Well Sub-Centre, Sendenyu, from 10:00 AM for the village of Sendenyu, Thongsunyu, Lotsuphen, New Sendenyu and Rumesinyu. On 13th February 2026 at Sub-Centre Tsosinyu, from 10:00 AM for the village of Tsosinyu, Gwachonlo, Longwesunyu and Rengmaoani.
The DPO & CDPO, Social Welfare has been requested to inform Anganwadi workers for mobilization of PwDs & Senior Citizens (age 60 above), while the SMO to inform all PHCs & CHC) Sub-Centre for mobilization with a requested to make necessary arrangements.
The Village Council Chairmen have been directed to inform the general public in their respective Villages to avail the benefits.
The required documents under AIDP Schemes: UDID card mandatory, Disability Certificate with at least 40 percent disability, enrollment numbers of UDID, Disability Card, Income Certificate (monthly income not exceeding 22,500) issued by the District Administration. Aadhaar card linked to phone number.
Required documents under RVY schemes: Income certificate (monthly income not exceeding Rs.15,000) issued by the District Administration and Aadhar Card (age 60 above).
