A 3-day training of supervisors and Enumerators for House listing Operations for Census 2027 for Pungro sub-division under Kiphire district is currently underway at the Sub-Divisional Planning & Development Board (SDPDB) conference hall, Pungro.
The intensive training programme which started on 15th June 2026, will last till 17th June 2026. The program begins with registration of 7 Supervisors, 39 Enumerators and formal introduction. Addressing the inaugural session Extra Assistant Commissioner, Pungro, Er. H Aloto Shohe, NCS, highlighted the pivotal role Enumerators and Supervisors plays in making this upcoming census a reality. He also urged them to be diligent in their attendance and their work.
District field trainers Sonal Yimchunger, GT and Throngso Yimchunger, primary teacher is leading the 3-day intensive training session, training them on House Listing, lay out mapping and HLO app handling besides, efficiently clarifying the queries of the trainees.
