In pursuance of the Government of Nagaland order dated Kma the 31st August 2020, Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K has informed that the revised of passengers fare in Mon district as well as the safety protocols are notified with immediate effect.

1. Mon to Kohima Bus 21 number of passengers (out of 34 seats) passengers fare in Rs.1100.
2. Mon to Dimapur Bus 21 passengers out of 34 seats fare in Rs.800.
3. Aboi to Dimapur Bus 21 passengers out of 34 seats fare in Rs.1200.
4. Mon to Kohima bus (sleeper) 8 passengers out of 15 seats fare in Rs.1500.

No passengers shall be allowed to travel without wearing mask and the driver should make mandatory provision for hand sanitizers for use by the passengers. Every commercial vehicles shall be mandatorily required to paste the details and contact number of representatives from district administration, police, Transport Department and public transport Association in their vehicles so that the concerned officials can be contacted in the event if any emergency. Penalty for violation of the above mentioned SOPs will result in the impounding of the vehicles for a period of not less than 7 (seven) days from the date of violation.
