Minister of Health & Family Welfare, S. Pangnyu Phom visited Directorate of Health & Welfare along with Advisor IPR, SCERT, and Village Guard, Toshi Wangtung on 6th April, 2020 for monitoring and supervision on the preparedness of COVID-19.A brief discussion was held with the officials where he encouraged all to work meticulously stating that it is the time for the department to play a major role in this time of pandemic and asked all to be proactive.
