Commissioner Nagaland, Rovilatou Mor, IAS on 26th October 2021 attended the Eastern Nagaland Dobashi Union’s (ENDBU) 2nd General Session at Town Council Hall, Mon as the special guest. The motto of the event was, "Identity, Order and Progress".

Mor in his speech urged the Dobashis to know the laws and rules of the customary laws. He stressed on the importance of Dobashi Courts in settling of cases and reminded the DBs to keep proper documentation of the evidences after settlement of cases for future reference. He urged the DBs to work hard for peace and unity. 

Exhortation were given by DC Mon, Thavaseelan K, IAS, President ENPO, AR. Tsapikyu Sangtam and President KU, S. Howing Konyak while the keynote address was delivered by President ENDBU, R. Muthsodang. The event witnessed a special number by DBs Tuensang District.
