Additional Deputy Commissioner HQ & Electoral Registration Officer, Phek, Phuleshe K. Yepthomi, NCS, in a notification to the Electors of the 16-Pfutsero Assembly Constituency, 17-Chizami Assembly Constituency, 18-Chazouba Assembly Constituency, 19-Phek Assembly Constituency and 20-Meluri Assembly Constituency that the electoral roll has been prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electoral Rule, 1960 and a copy thereof is available for inspection at his office and at the office of the Assistant Electoral Registration Officer & Designated Booth Level Officer (BLO) during office hours.
The qualifying date for the preparation of the electoral roll is 1st January, 2022.
With reference to the above qualifying date, if any claims for the inclusion of name in the roll or any objection at the inclusion or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 30th  November, 2021, in Form 6, 7, 8 or 8A as may be appropriate.
Every such claim or objection should either be presented in his office or to the AEROS/BLO Supervisors/ Designated Booth Level Officer during office hours or sent by post to the address, Phuleshe K. Yepthomi, NCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner HQ & Electoral Registration Officer, Phek so as to reach him not later than the aforesaid date.
