Additional Deputy Commissioner Pfutsero, Phuleshe K. Yepthomi in a circular stated that as per latest relaxation order issued by the Govt. of Nagaland, the following activities are permitted under the Lockdown measures: 

1. Vehicles carrying goods and essential commodities. 
2. Shops and outlets dealing with food grains, food items, vegetables and daily use items will be allowed to open. 
3. E-Commerce for essential commodities, vehicles used by e-commerce operations will be allowed. 
4. Home delivery services. 
5. Services provided by Self-employed persons like electricians, IT repairs, Plumbers, Carpenters etc permitted. 
6. All Construction activities, all agricultural activities and farming related activities, MGNREGA activities, Mid-day meal schemes, Social Security Schemes may resume. 

All other restrictions which were in place earlier will continue.
