With the rest of the districts in the country, Kiphire District is ready to participate in the upcoming event - 'Garib Kalyan Sammelan', to be held on 31st May 22. The programme will be held at DC's conference hall at 9:45 a.m, chaired by Deputy Commissioner &Vice Chairman DPDB Wati Aier NCS.

The state-level and all the District level programme will be linked with the National event at 10:55 a.m. when Prime Minister will be live from Shimla interacting with the beneficiaries in the country.

The National level Shammelan is being held at Shimla on the 31st of May 2022, wherein Prime Minister will directly interact with the beneficiaries, and will also release 11 installments of the 'Kishan Sammam Nidhi'. Hon'ble Prime Minister will interact with some of the beneficiaries spread across the country through video conferencing. 

The National Shammelan will be telecast live from Doordarshan on its National and regional channels. Provision has also been made to webcast the National programme through MYGov. for which people need to register themselves. It can also be viewed through other social media channels viz YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

It is expected that this interaction will not only highlight the people-centric approach of the schemes, leading to ease of living for the citizens but will also enlighten the Government on the aspiration of the people, ensuring that no one is left behind in the Nation's March to progress.

In regard to this event, Deputy Commissioner Wati Aier has already issued circular inviting HODs, Civil Society leaders, and the beneficiaries.
