In pursuance of Rule 3(b) and Rule 3(1) of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Notification NO. G.S.R. 653(E) dated 23.09.2021 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to nominate the Administrative Head of Department, Transport, as the Appellate Authority and Transport Commissioner, Nagaland, as the Registration Authority with immediate effect.
