District Task Force on COVID-19 meeting was held on 10th November 2021 at DC’s conference hall, Noklak.

Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Noklak, Hiazu Meru highlighted on the latest Covid-19 vaccination status in the district. He lamented that the district has a low COVID-19 vaccination percentage, for which he encouraged all eligible persons to take the vaccination. Meru mentioned that, during the festive season, citizens are advised to follow and maintain appropriate COVID-19 behavior. The DC also requested all the task force members to go the extra mile on vaccination. 

The house resolved on the door to door campaign for vaccination, towns & villages level officer incharge for awareness campaign and re-activate the sub-divisional and village level task force on Covid-19 amongst others. It also resolved to conduct more vaccination and Covid-19 testing in the district.
