Mohammed Ali Shihab A, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Nagaland and designated Electoral Roll Observer for Tuensang, Noklak, and Shamator districts, conducted a visit to Noklak district on November 22, 2023, to assess the progress of the ongoing Special Summary Revision of the Electoral Roll in the district.

Chairing a comprehensive review meeting at the DC Conference Hall, Shihab A was joined by the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), Supervisors, the staff of the District Electoral Office (DEO), Booth Level Officers (BLOs), representatives from various political parties, and Booth Level Agents (BLAs).

Following the review meeting, administrative officers accompanied Shihab A on visits to Polling Stations, including PS no 28 (Noklak Village C), PS no 30 (Noklak HQ) under the 56th Noklak Assembly Constituency, and PS no 1 (Tsuwao), PS no 6 (Lengnyu) under the 57th Thonoknyu Assembly Constituency.
