Minister for Health & Family Welfare & AYUSH, S. Pangnyu Phom had a courtesy called on Union Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and AYUSH, Sarbanada Sonowal at his official Residence at New Delhi on 20th August 2021.

During the meeting, Phom highlighted the AYUSH scheme and the activities of AYUSH Department in the State. He said that the AYUSH Hospital in the interior parts of the State will cater to the grass root people in the state. He thanked the centre for AYUSH scheme/project in the state.

Union Minister, Sonowal  said that he was very impressed to know about the scheme been well implemented in the State and assured that the Ministry of AYUSH will extend all the possible help and assistance to complete the project in the state of Nagaland and Northeast states.

Pangnyu Phom also congratulated Sonowal for his second inning as a Union Minister at centre.
