Chunlikha Block, under the Tseminyu District's (HUB) empowerment of women initiative by the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Nagaland, observed Panjikaran Abhiyaan 2.0. The outreach program, led by Ruokuosetuo Tetso EAC Tseminyu Hq, took place on December 19, 2023, at Chunlikha Panchayat Hall.

The objective of the program is to sensitize and register eligible beneficiaries for the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana, a maternity benefit scheme for pregnant and lactating mothers aligned with Mission Shakti - Beti Bachao Beti Padhao.
