The Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms in a notification dated 29th October 2020 has informed that consequent upon the appointment of Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs, V. Shashank Shekhar, IAS and Commissioner & Secretary, Information & Public Relations and New & Renewable Energy, V. Maria Yanthan as General Observers for General Elections to various State Legislative Assemblies, the following officers will be allowed to hold additional charge of following Departments till further orders –

1. Sehjang Doungel, NCS, Secretary will hold additional charge of Parliamentary Affairs
2. Angelina Tajen, NCS, Additional Secretary will hold additional charge of New & Renewable Energy and
3. Kekhrievor Kevichusa, IPos, Commissioner & Secretary, Industries & Commerce will hold additional charge of Information & Public Relations.
