Peren ICDS Project under the Department of Social Welfare organised the district level launching programme of Poshan Maah 2022 at Women Welfare Hall, Jalukie Town on 1st September 2022.

During the programme, AWW Samziuram, Amanna administered the Poshan Pledge, while CDPO, Nsong, Dishong Chawang highlighted the aims and objectives of Poshan Maah and the importance of mass participation. CDPO, Tening, Yanbeni Humtsoe also spoke on the importance and awareness of nutrition of all age groups, especially children below six (6) years, adolescent girls, pregnant and lactating mothers.

The programme was chaired by District Poshan Coordinator, Kulule, and vote of thanks was proposed by District Block Coordinator, Kekuhungbo.

Jalukie ICDS Project also organised the block level launching programme at CDPO's Office, Jalukie town.
