A review meeting via video conference was held at DC Office Phek on August 8, 2023, with the Chief Secretary at Civil Secretariat Kohima. The meeting was centered around the 'Meri Maati Mera Desh' and 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaigns in the state. Notable attendees included Deputy Commissioner Phek, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS; Superintendent of Police Phek, Bharat Laxman Markad, IPS; SDO (C) Phek, Tsenthungo E. Ngullie, NCS; and various district officials from Phek.

Deputy Commissioner Kumar Ramnikant highlighted the progress made regarding the 'Meri Maati Mera Desh' and 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaigns. He informed that a coordination meeting was successfully conducted with district officials and civil societies of Phek. Notably, 11 villages' braveheart names for the Shilaphalakam initiative have been collected, along with saplings for plantation distributed across villages. Moreover, an order for 30,000 'Har Ghar Tiranga' flags has been placed for the district.
