PHEK DPDB HELD MONTHLY MEETING

DPDB Phek conducted its monthly meeting at the DPDB conference hall, Phek on 10th November 2022 under the chairmanship of T. Moa Lemtor ADC Phek.

The meeting discussed agendas for the Registration of i) Goodwill Society, Chozuba town. ii) Registration of Progressive Care Society, Kutsapo village. iii) Registration of Living Cluster Society, Phek town.

The Board agreed to recommend for Government's approval.

The meeting also discussed Verification Committee for LADP 2022-23 and agreed to recommend it to the higher authority for approval.

Detailed Powerpoint presentations of the departmental activities were made at the meeting by EE Power Phek, Er. Lhuvoyi for Power Department and SDO Er. Wekhape Puro for PWD(H).

ADC, T. Moa Lemtor as chairman of the meeting entrusted the Department of Sericulture and Employment with Powerpoint presentation in the next DPDB meeting.

Earlier, the house reviewed the last meeting minutes. Meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from the Chair.
