The 9th edition of the Pochury Black Day Memorial Cup 2022 was organized by Pochury Students Union on 7th October 2022 at Local Ground Meluri with the theme "Acknowledge our Sacrifices through Soccer".

President Pochury Hoho, Chonpa Jurry graced the opening ceremony. He reflected on the history of the infamous incident of 1960. Earlier, Povezo, Finance Secretary of Chakhesang Students Union addressed the gathering.

Altogether 11 teams from all over Pochury are competing for the Trophy.
