3rd Pochury commemoration Day was celebrated on 21st April 2023, at Meluri Village council hall.

Advisor New & Renewable Energy and Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority, Z. Nyusietho Nyuthe graced the programme as the guest of honour. Giving a clarion call for peace and unity among Pochury people, the special guest emphasized on human resource development for the advancement of the community. He also assured that he shall sponsor ten meritorious students who are vying for various competitive exams.

Phokhungri Area women welfare society Meluri Town presented a folk tune.

Earlier, Chonpa Jurry President Pochury Hoho delivered the welcome note. All VCCs, VDB Secretaries and frontal organisations of Pochury attended the programme. Lazithu V/President Pochury HOHO chaired the programme.
