At Pughoboto Sub Division the procession was led by ADC Pughoboto, Tiamern Chang.

Speaking to the gathering at local ground, ADC expressed that the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign is going on in the whole of the country in every corner, which was initiated and led by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi to mark the 75th Year of Indian Independence. Informing that National Flag is the Identity and pride of all, he urged the people to hoist it.

The walk started from Local Ground Pughoboto and culminated at the ADC's Office with the involvement of Government offices, DEF, NAP, teachers, students, youth, and others. SDO Civil R. Daniel Angami thanked the participants for honoring the event.
