The Office of Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Mon, on 1st November 2021 issued a notification for the electors of 41-Tizit AC/42-Watching AC/43- Tapi AC/44-Phomching AC/45-Tehok AC/46-Mon Town AC/47-Aboi AC/48-Moka AC and 55-Tobu AC that the electoral roll has been prepared in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and a copy thereof is available for inspection at the ERO Office, Offices of AEROs, VRECs and District Election Office, Mon during Office hours. 
The qualifying date for the preparation of the electoral roll is 01.01.2022. Any claims for inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection to the inclusion of name or any objection to particulars in any entry, should be lodged on or before the 30.11.2021 in Form 6,7 or 8 as may be appropriate. 
Every such claim or objection should either be presented in ERO Office or to the AEROs and BLOs or sent by post to the address of Addl. Deputy Commissioner & Electoral Registration Officer, Mon, Nagaland, Pin Code: 798621, before the aforesaid date.
