Pughoboto Sub-divisional District Planning & Development Board meeting cum felicitation programme for HSLC, HSSLC, University toppers and NPSC examination achievers was held under the chairmanship of Pughoboto SDPDB and MLA Y. Vikheho Swu at the ADC’s office, Pughoboto on 13th August 2021.

The house deliberated on power failures in Pughoboto sub-division and decided to write to Power department for posting of SDO (Power) in Pughoboto. In anticipation of the next fund for the maintenance of the road, Swu urged the concern department that they should maintain the roads and utilise the fund properly.

ADC, Thungchanbemo Tungoe directed all the officers-in-charge in their areas to instruct their respective staff to take Covid test after the 15th August, which will start from the ADC Pughoboto office. Next Power point presentation was assigned to the Forest department.

MLA, Y. Vikheho Swu extended his congratulations to the all the teachers, parents and successful students and Aphuyime achievers award and presented certificates and cash as a token of appreciation. He urged them to continue do the same and bring prosperitywhile appreciating the parents for giving their effort and also to the SSA team for the support.

The house felicitated the toppers of the HSLC/HSSLC examination 2021 to Kipitoli Sheqi, top 4 in HSSLC; Anquvili Swu, top 20 in HSLC; Lucy Swu, Gold medal M.A in 2019, department of Hindi under Nagaland University and Bento L. Shohe, Gold medal in Accountancy Honors, 2020.

Aphuyemi achievers awardees who succeeded in NPSC Exam 2021 and received the certificate from MLA included Viqheshi S Futhena and Nikali V Sema. The Board also awarded two school with 100% passed from Pughoboto town, namely Mission School and New Foundation School.

Short speeches were delivered by SAKK President, top holders and teachers where they acknowledged the Pughoboto SDBDP members for organizing the facilitation program.

The programme was chaired by ADC Pughoboto, Thungchanbemo Tungoe.
