The second phase of training for the Presiding Officers, First Polling Officers, Second Polling Officers, Third Polling Officers, and Grade-IV staff was conducted on 15th February 2023 at GHSS, Wokha. General Observer for 39 Sanis A/C and 40 Bhandari A/C Jyoti Kumar Lakra IAS inspected and interacted with the polling personnel during the training session.

Earlier Commissioning and Randomisation of EVMs and VVPATs was also conducted in the presence of the General Observer, Expenditure Observer, and all the Returning Officers of the Four (4) Assembly Constituencies under Wokha district was held on 15th February 2023 at Town Hall, Wokha.
