Bhandari sub-Division celebrated the 74th Republic day on 26th January 2023 at the Public Ground with Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhandari Rohit Singh IAS as the special guest. The chief guest unfurled the national flag and took the Salute. The National anthem was sung by the Youth Department BTBC, Bhandari. The ADC also inspected the parade which was led by Ringamlung ABI 7th NAP Bhandari and the March past contingents included 7th NAP Bn, GHSS Bhandari, 7th NAP Unite school, and GHSS Bhandari.

Marking the occasion, Bhandari village performed a cultural dance and a special song presentation by Athungo Mozhui.
