Republic Day was celebrated in the Sub-Division of Chozuba at ADC office complex under Phek district.

ADC Chozuba, Imokokla unfurled the national flag and took the Rashtriya salute. The national anthem was rendered by Government High School, Yoruba. Republic Day speech was delivered by the ADC. Hoisting of the national flag in government offices and institutions and beating of retreat by the 5th NAP (Chozuba) were the highlights of the daylong celebration.
