The celebration at Niuland Town was graced by V. Kashiho Sangtam, Minister, Geology & Mining, Soil & Water Conservation. The special guest unfurled the National Flag and took the Rashtriya salute from the 8th NAP and five other contingents under the command of ACP James Niuland followed by his address.

JNV Nihokhu & Kuhoxu village children ministry performed a special presentation while folk song and folk dance were presented by education colony (women) Niuland Town and P Vizheto village respectively.
