Sub-divisional Horticulture Office Mangkolemba was inaugurated by Anenla T Sato IAS Commissioner and Secretary Horticulture and Women Resources Development on 14 October 2022.

After unveiling the plague Anenla said the SDHO office was established for the welfare of the people she, therefore, called upon the citizens to make the best use of it. She also sought cooperation from the public, administration, and farmers to come forward in uplifting the Horticulture sector in the sub-division.

Earlier, the programme was chaired by Dr. Imchalemla SDHO Tuli, a welcome address shared by Imotemjen DHO Mokokchung. Short speeches were also delivered by Director Horticulture Dr. Elithung Lotha, ADC Mangkolemba Langkosen Tsanglao, and Lanuyanger Convenor All Ward Chairmen Association Mangkolemba.
