Sub-Divisional Officer (C) Jakhama & Returning Officer 14 Southern Angami I (ST) Assembly Constituency Jakhama, Ruopfukuotuo Noudi has issued Notice of Election as follows:

1. an election is to be held of a member to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the 14 Southern Angami I (ST) Assembly Constituency;
2. nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of his proposer(s) to Ruopfukuotuo Noudi, Sub-Divisional Officer (C) Jakhama, the Returning Officer or to Kumari Abeinuo Jasmine Ashao, Extra Assistant Commissioner (Development) Kohima, the Assistant Returning Officer, at the Office chamber of the Sub-Divisional Officer (C) Jakhama, Nagaland between 11A.M and 3:00 P.M on any day (other than public holiday) not later than 16.10.2020;
3. forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid;
4. the nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (C) Jakhama and Returning Officer 14 Southern Angami I (ST) Assembly Constituency, Nagaland on 17.10.2020 at 10:00 A.M;
5. notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a candidate or by any of his proposers or by his election agent who has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the Officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3:00 P.M on the 19.10.2020;
6. in the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 03.11.2020 between the hours of 6:00 A.M and 4:00 P.M.
