SDPDB PUGHOBOTO ADVENT CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION

Sub Division Planning and Development Pughoboto cum advent Christmas program was held under chairmanship of MLA and SDPDB Pughoboto chairman Y.Vikheho Swu at the DB's Court hall on 14th December 2020.

ADC Pughoboto and SDPDB Vice Chairman Thungchanbemo Tungoe reviewed the last meeting agenda tregarding road maintenance under sub division Pughoboto. The MLA reminded the department to give priority to the roads which is the life line of people. He also directed the Department to put their labors into works.

SDO Soil, Pughoboto highlighted some of the activities implemented under Pughoboto Sub division like Rashtriya Krishi Yojana (RKVY) and Integrated Land Development, project (ILDP)-NABARD as Development of Bench Terraces (BT), vermicomposting, development of water harvesting ponds (WHP) and Counter trenching. Functional Manager, Hojeto Sheqi also presented the department activities. RD and Forest department will highlight their activities in the next meeting.

In the advent Christmas celebration program MLA conveyed Christmas greetings. He stated that he will continue to implement his vision including livestock, tree plantation, entrepreneurship, beyond books and others. He lauded the officers for their contributions and dedicated towards the department and also apprised the officers to continuously to render their support. He said that departmental activities highlighted in the meetings helps not only the department but is very helpful for policy making.

Executive Secretary SABAK Rev. Hotokhu Zhimomi, who delivered the Christmas message said that the pandemic has made the Christians to pray strong and come closer to the Lord. He urged the people to live according to the will of God and celebrate Christmas in real the way.

CDPO Ghathashi Chirothusu invoked god’s blessing. The Advent Christmas program was chaired by ADC & Vice Chairman Thungchanbemo Tungoe. Special song was presented by Jennifer Wotsa. Benediction was tendered by Executive Secretary NCRC Rev. Vitoka Kinimi.
