The 2nd randomization of EVM/VVPATs and commissioning for the general election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly was conducted on 16th February 2023 at DC & DEO conference hall Tseminyu in the presence of General Observer, Himanshu Kumar Rai IAS, DC & DEO, RO Tseminyu, and various political parties/representative from 12 AC Tseminyu. During the commissioning, the candidates' agents were to append their signatures on the paper seals for EVM/VVPATs and mock polls on 5% of randomly selected EVM/ VVPATs for test load which was a mandatory process.
