The 2nd randomization and commissioning of EVMs and VVPATs for the ensuing General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly was conducted on 15th February 2023 by DC & DEO Kohima Shanavas C for 9th Kohima Town A/C and 11th Northern Angami-II A/C at DC's Conference Hall and 8th Western Angami A/C and 10th Northern Angami-1 A/C at DB's Hall Kohima respectively.

The randomization of EVMs/VVPATs was done through Software in the presence of General Observer, Janak Prasad Pathak, Returning Officers, and various political party representatives/ candidates from Kohima district. After the randomization, the EVMs/VVPATs were commissioned and the machines were dispatched to the constituencies according to the allocated polling stations.
