In connection with the forthcoming election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly, training for the sector magistrates was organized in Kiphire at the DC's Conference Hall on 27th January 2023, presided over by Extra Assistant Commissioner H.Q Ane Khieya NCS.

The training was imparted by Master Trainer I. Temjen Ozukum Assistant Professor ZPC Kiphire and Hotingkyu Sangtam.

I Temjen imparted training on the theoretical part, covering the topics on the preparation of sector maps, vulnerability mappings, pre-poll responsibility, Poll Day, and Poll Eve responsibilities. While Hotingkyu taught practicals on EVM/ VV Pay. And Selila (Facilitator) imparted on the postal ballot.
