As per pre-trial destruction Order U/S 452 CRPC on 16th February 2023, in connection with the case - KPE/P.S/ Case No- 06/2023, the seized IMFL were destroyed at the dumping site some kms away from Kiphire. 

The seized items that were destroyed included-

(a) MC Dowell's Rum (quarter 180 ml each) -336 bottles (b) Royal Stag (quarter 180 ml each) -144 bottles (c) Can Beer (Kingfisher - 500 ml each) - 360 Cans.

The task was carried out in the presence of Pre- Trial destruction Committee members Kiphire includes which CJM, SDPO, SDO HQ, EAC, Persecuting Inspector( PI), DPRO, OC/ PS, and Yengkiumong GB Kiphire.
