During the seminar, SP Longleng, Dr. Pritpal Kaur, IPS emphasized the benefits of savings, investments, and financial planning for the families of police jawans. She urged them to seek loans from authorized institutions rather than resorting to private loans or chit-fund companies, highlighting the importance of avoiding potential financial risks.

Dr. Kaur also addressed the growing concern of cybercrimes and security issues, raising awareness among the participants on safeguarding their financial assets in the digital era.

The seminar featured Robert Tungoe, the SBI Bank Manager of Longleng, as the resource person. He provided valuable insights into various savings, investment, insurance, and banking schemes specifically tailored for police jawans and their families. Additionally, he educated the attendees about the loan system, the significance of CIBIL scores, and ways to protect themselves from cyber fraud.
