Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India in collaboration with district administrations, Wokha conducted an assessment camp for senior citizens and persons with disabilities (Divangjan) under Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana and ADIP scheme at the Community Health Centre (CHC) Bhandari on 28th July 2022.

In the Camp, a total of 71 senior citizens and seven persons with disabilities were assessed with necessary documents as beneficiaries.

They were informed that aid and assistive materials would be provided sometime after the assessment was carried out.

During the assessment camp, eye and ear check-ups, dental impressions, and general health check-ups were also conducted.

The assessment camp was carried out by the central visiting team along with SMO, CHC Bhandari, Dr. Caroline, and other medical personnel.
