Deputy Commissioner Mon, Thavaseelan K IAS has given the following SOP for all quarantine Centres.

1. In every Quarantine Centre, Police Personnel, Volunteers from KSU should be stationed at all times and timely updates to be given to the Officer-in-Charge/ Convener, Empowered Group. They should ensure that the Quarantine protocols are being followed. Social distancing norms should be followed at all times.
2. The Purchase and Accommodation Committee with the help of the War Room and the Civil Societies shall coordinate with the parents and guardians of the returnees in regard to the mattresses and other essential items for use at the designated Quarantine Centre.
3. The Purchase and Accommodation Committee shall also allot the rooms of the returnees and ensure that the amenities such as bedding, gift hampers courtesy Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) Mon and other essentials donated by NGOs/Civil Societies, pillows/bed sheets etc. are made available at the designated Quarantine Centre.
4. The Officer-in-Charge shall ensure that all amenities and basic facilities are in place before the arrival of the returnees.
5. The Officer-in-Charge along with the Reception and Counseling Committee shall receive the passengers on their arrival at the Quarantine Centres. A brief orientation will be given by the Officer-in-Charge to the returnees regarding the rules and regulations to be followed at the Quarantine Centre.
6. The contact details of the Officer-in-Charge, Medical Team, War Room Helpline, Water/Sanitation Committee and Meal Schedules will be pasted at all the Centres.
7. The Officer-in-Charge of the Quarantine facility will coordinate with the various Committees of the Empowered Group for COVID-19, Mon District in case of emergencies and difficulties faced by the Quarantined persons.
8. Those Quarantined persons who are under mental stress and in need of counselling can contact the ANCA (All Nagaland Counsellors' Association) Helpline Number.
9. Visitors are not allowed to meet the residents of the Quarantine Centres under any circumstance.
10. All waste to be disposed off and burned in the waste pit within the Quarantine Centre.
11. Protocols such as use of masks, gloves, social distancing should be followed while delivering Water, food etc.
