Ten (10) numbers of ambulances which was bought, funded by Nagaland State Government was dedicated by District Hospital Dimapur Chaplain, Y.Thong who offered the dedicatory prayer in the presence of Chief Minister Nagaland Neiphiu Rio at the Dimapur district hospital premises on 28th April 2020.

The ambulances would be despatched to various districts to cater to the health care centers where there are no ambulances.  Minister Health & Family Welfare Pangnyu Phom, hosts of Ministers and Advisors, Chief Secretary Nagaland Temjen Toy, Secretary H&FW, Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Commissioner Police Dimapur, Special Committee members Dimapur, CMO and MS Dimapur, doctors and officials from medical department and other Government officials were present during the dedicatory programme.
