The closing programme of the 72nd Republic day state level function was held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza Kohima with Home Commissioner, Abhijit Sinha as the guest of honor.

             In Parade Contingents 15th NAP (IR) Mahila BN bagged the first position while 1 Assam Rifles and 78 Bn CRPF were awarded second and third positions respectively. In the Exhibition Stalls Agriculture Department bagged the first position while second and third were bagged by Art & Culture Department and Department of Industries & Commerce respectively.

            The programme concluded with beating of Retreat by the Nagaland Police Brass Band PTS and the 14 Assam Rifles pipe band.
