SUB-TREASURY OFFICER TSEMINYU INFORMS PENSIONERS

Sub-Treasury Officer Tseminyu, Lhoubizoto Sanyii in a notice informed all the pensioners drawing pension from the office of the Sub-Treasury officer Tseminyu, that in compliance with CTR 368, the annual physical verification for the current year 2022 is scheduled to be conducted from 13/06/2022 till 17/06/2022, for which the details have been furnished below.

            TIMING: 10 AM onwards

Documents required for Physical verification:

1.      PPO Book

2.      Life certificate duly attested

3.      ID Card issued by the Pensioners’ Association

Life Certificate can be obtained from the Pension section w.e.f 17/05/2022.

All the pensioners have been advised to refer to their respective Pension Book Serial Numbers and be present on the allotted date. Pensioners incapacitated by bodily illness or infirmity and in all cases where such inability may be alleged, shall be required to submit their home address with contact numbers, whereby, officials will be deputed to obtain proof of the existence of the pensioner independent of the life certificate furnished.

Further, it may be mentioned that no extension will be made beyond the mentioned dates; moreover, pension disbursement from the month of June 2022 will be withheld for all physically unverified pensioners.
