The "Sunrise Road" at Pungro Town was inaugurated on 28th April 2021 by ADC Pungro, Abhinav Shivam, IAS.

The much needed “Sunrise Road” at Pungro Town connecting from forest ward to Pungro village was constructed through crowd funding by various civil societies and individuals of Pungro Town headed by Yimchunger Tribal Council (YTC) and District Administration Pungro.
